Châteauneuf-du-Pape Deus ex Machina

Why do I sometimes ask myself why the Deus ex Machina is more attractive to my customers than the Combe des Fous, because for me, La Combe des Fous is at least just as desirable. But I have to admit that the 2018 Deus is a really attractive wine. Its aromas are of a darker quality, combining cassis flavors, bone-ripened beef, freshly sharpened lead pencil and telly cherry pepper into one hell of an attractive bouquet. Ultra-fine tannins shape its muscular body into an attractive, not to say sexy, wine that finishes with incomparable precision, to the point, juicy and surprisingly elegant. A modest period of time during which the wine comes into contact with air is already enough for the 2018 Deus ex Machina to unpack everything it has to offer! Of course, we recommend that you put the wine away for a while, but for all those who, like me, can't wait, put it in the carafe and enjoy!
