It's a bit like the story of the princess who was kissed awake. For decades, Moyet and all its high-proof treasures languished quietly in the cellar until the house experienced a renaissance at the end of the 1970s. In contrast to the industrially produced mass-produced goods of the big houses, Moyet matures individual and handcrafted brandies of rare subtlety. Of course, the over 100-year-old "Très Vieille" rarities, of which only 1500 bottles were bottled, have their price, but even the "simple" Fine Champagne is a discovery.
