Ronco Castelrotto

Ronco is a vineyard in the municipality of Castelrotto where Christian has ancient vines that are up to 80 years old. He cherishes and cares for these seniors who thank him with wonderful fruit, which he skillfully turns into a great wine. Incidentally, the fruit for his Orizzonte also comes from the same vineyard. However, unlike the Orizzonte, the Ronco is a pure Merlot. But what a wine! It has a wonderful aroma of red fruits, small berries and cherries. On the palate, it shows structure, i.e. silky tannins and a crisp freshness, all harmoniously integrated. It flows well and its finish is long and loaded with finesse and minerality. A great wine!
