Built for speed, I would say! This is a Syrah, wow! Killer this bouquet, ripe blackberries in abundance. And there are also blackcurrants, the combination is really hot. It makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up! Is that grilled beef creeping up my nostrils? Mhhhhh, I love that. Dark berries, grilled meat, a little smoke, fine peppery notes and spices like cinnamon and clove, it could also be some black pudding that I smell. This aroma is super complex. The wine takes no prisoners on the palate either, it's a tutti! Ripe, velvety tannins that are superbly integrated into an athletic body that nestles around every taste bud and triggers a feeling of well-being that is second to none. In the next moment, the wine shapes and focuses itself and heralds a brilliant, long finish, ending wonderfully juicy and slightly salty. A masterpiece!
