Chardonnay Thieriot Vineyard

It could well be that you have already heard of this vineyard B.A. Thieriot, as it is called in full, or have even tasted a wine grown there. However, it is not unimportant for you to know that there are different vineyards at Thieriot, which have completely different terroirs and microclimates as they are miles apart. Ted cultivates the original Thieriot plantation and has done so for many years with his own crew, so he has everything in his own hands, which is often a decisive advantage, even if the owner is a professional, as is the case here. The wine is already off the lees and smells wonderfully of preserved lemons, crisp and mineral and somehow like English mint. Curious, I would say, but hellishly attractive! On the palate, everything blends together wonderfully to create a great texture with a spectacularly precise finish! Hellishly good!
