In any case, the man has an incredible amount of flair, enormous experience and is not afraid of anything, is not too good for any job and is by no means a coward! Ideal for making great wines, in my opinion. Wines like this one, Guffens En Crazy, a Mâcon-Pierreclos that, unlike all the other wines from this cellar, can be enjoyed at a young age with great pleasure. Tangerine oil, white flowers, green melons and ripe, juicy peaches combine with a hint of nutmeg to create a breathtaking aroma. This white wine moves through the palate with plenty of "bang", i.e. "selon Guffens" for a Burgundy, showing enormous energy and a great texture that benefits enormously from a fresh, perfectly integrated acidity. Don't hesitate, chill a bottle, this wine is already unimaginably enjoyable!
