Sauvignon Blanc Sulzhof

Admittedly, sometimes I really like it when a Sauvignon Blanc is really loud on the nose. Do you too? Hedonistic wines like this one from Andreas Widmann help you to unwind. It feels as if you could lie down in a bed of elderflowers. Great! But that's not all the wine has to offer:

There are also fine herbal components, paprika notes and delicate lime blossom scents that arrange themselves around the intense elderflower aromas and add many more dimensions to the fragrance. What the wine promises on the nose, it also delivers on the palate. Fruity aromas alternate subtly with spicy moments. The wine makes its way in a well-proportioned manner and ends in a wonderful, mineral, juicy finish! It's nice that the Baron gives the wine time to develop in the bottle. That's how I like it!
