White Wine

You have to taste this white to believe it, if you can even get your hands on a bottle - sorry, but we're only getting 60 bottles of it, so it's going to be tight! In 2020, Jim had the unique opportunity to purchase Slide Hill Vineyards in Arroyo Grande, diagonally across the road from Alban Vineyards - congrat's my friend - where this wine gets its start. Jim knows the Orcutt Road, on which Slide Hill is also located, very well and, like us, estimates the potential there as extremely high - well, we are not the only ones who believe in Arroyo Grande as a source for great wines, Parker, Dunnuck and Galloni have also noticed this. Its fragrance is incredible, alternating white flowers with peach aromas and this honeysuckle. This is hot, I can assure you. Outrageously powerful, but still showing a fresh acidity, the wine takes over the palate and ends in a clear, incredibly fascinating finish. Holy moly!
