You could almost think that Olivier Chanzy is reinventing Burgundy. But no, far from it. He is just dusting things off with his fresh and, by Burgundian standards, revolutionary way of making wine. Having grown up in Burgundy (his father founded the Bouzeron appellation with Aubert de Villaine), Olivier Chanzy left at a young age to learn how to make great wines on the Rhône. He incorporates what he has learned into his work and interprets the terroir in his very own way: wonderfully refreshing, but traditional!
