Bouzeron

2021

Traubensorten Aligoté Doré
Trinktemperatur 10° - 12°

You already know that the Chanzys and Aubert de Villaine launched the Bouzeron appellation together. It is located in the very north of the Côte Chalonnaise and, if you choose the right winegrower, you can get great wines at a sensationally interesting price. Olivier cultivates Aligoté doré for his Bouzeron. This variety of Aligoté is a little more powerful, both aromatically and in terms of content. In our opinion, it is important that the wine is not served too cold. But what am I saying, you already know that. So you can expect a delicately fruity, spicy wine that is full-bodied but flows elegantly over the tongue and has a wonderfully mineral finish. It's great what you can do with Aligoté!
