There's a lot going on! The fragrance always seems to reassemble itself anew. One moment it is classic sweet cherry aromas for Nebbiolo and the next moment floral scents dominate the bouquet. In between, however, there are also spices and even black pepper, such as that fruity cherry pepper that I love so much, which provide an intermezzo. That sounds good, doesn't it? I think it's dapper as hell. But wait until you feel the wine on your palate. Because here, the fireworks continue unabated. Juicy cherries here too and fine, white floral aromas. Wonderful! The whole thing is framed by a uniquely fine-grained structure by Arborina standards. The finish is magical and clear, almost unending.
