Well, I always liked this Cab, and not just a little! I think it's an absolutely hot item! Other winemakers would call for an outrageously high price for such a wine, certainly around CHF 200. Not so Thomas Brown, who wants all his wines to be at a more accessible price level so that as many wine lovers as possible can enjoy his ingenious wines. This is especially important So much for the Robin Hood of Napa Valley. But now to the core, the wine. The wine is sooooo beautiful that it's almost unbearable. A bouquet packed with loads of dark, small blueberries, espresso and a hint of Cuban tobacco, with a velvet box to go with it. The wine takes the palate by storm, the power is absorbed by the structure, framing the wine and giving it contours, focusing it, making it juicy and giving it precision. The finish is wonderfully harmonious and very long! This is a top wine!
