Chambertin-Clos de Bèze Grand Cru

2019

Traubensorten Pinot Noir
Trinktemperatur 16° - 18°

Clos-de-Bèze is located between Mazis-Chambertin and Chambertin, facing completely east, about halfway up the hilltop. Christophe Perrot-Minot is not the only one who particularly likes Clos-de-Bèze because the wine is a little more robust, a little more angular than his other Grand Crus. Like many other wines in Burgundy, it grows on limestone, but here it is covered with clay. Not an everyday occurrence. Once the connoisseur's mind is awake, this uniquely pure fragrance, composed of dark cherry fruit, sweet spices and delicate floral aromas, will captivate him, entertain him at the highest possible level until the connoisseur succumbs to the seduction and finally brings the glass to his mouth to drink in the wine in order to be able to perceive it with all his senses. An unforgettable wine!
