Cornas Les Chailles

Chailles is the supposedly small Cornas from Voge. But I can guarantee you that it is sometimes simply more fun, especially when young, because the two big ones are often very inaccessible. Chailles smells ravishingly of flowers, of olives, those dark ones from the south of France. But there is also a hint of blueberry, which rounds off the bouquet and gives it depth. Wait, what was that really, there are also notes of blackberries - I used to have to pick blackberries as a child during the school vacations, which my parents sold in our store - and my friends were on the football pitch - so I know what blackberries smell like. The palate is clear and precise, direct and blunt, unadorned, a natural beauty. The tannins are of the best quality and very well integrated. The finish is juicy, transparent and makes you indulge.
