Crozes-Hermitage

Yann preserves fruit and freshness by bottling his wines rather early. And of course, he also sometimes closes up again, that is in the nature of things. Most of his wines are not stingy with fruit, with a dark berry scent like this one. But there is much more than just fruit, this little Crozes-Hermitage, for example, has a lot of spice, a great wheel of flowers and aromas. But that's not all, the meaty nuances such as black pudding or simply the aroma of a great, well-cooked piece of beef are also wonderful. Delicious! The wine flows elegantly and with good body tension on the palate. Clear and juicy, the wine fades out with an impressive finish. I have to say that Yann always manages to inspire me, even with his very simple wines. I would love to have a nice grilled sausage, a piece of crusty sourdough bread and a glass of this wine for lunch! Mmmh!
