A blend, just the way Manfred likes it, because it's a bit like cooking, different flavors and textures combine and together they make the perfect wine. That is the goal, the perfect wine, one with wonderfully unexpected aromatic nuances. Leather and boudin noir, herbs and smoke combine with dark berry fruit to create an incredibly enticing perfume that makes you salivate even before the wine reaches the palate. Charged with energy, it moves through the palate and proudly displays its firm, unquestionably perfect structure, which carries it for a long time and introduces an almost never-ending, pithy and wonderfully juicy finish. Nuestra Señora will require some patience. Put the wine away, it should be at the bottom of a stack. If you don't want to wait, then you should decant the wine for at least four, five, maybe even six hours - but the carafe should remain in the cellar where it is nice and cool. Have fun!
