Pinot Noir Jenins

2022

Traubensorten Pinot Noir
Trinktemperatur 16° - 18°

Irene's Jeninser Pinot Noir is simply wonderful. The aroma alone is beguiling. Dense and multi-layered, the wine smells of small, ripe red berries. From time to time you can also smell dark berries, I think blueberries. These fruity aromas are supported by a wide range of spicy components. Everything combines to form a great perfume. On the palate, the wine builds up a surprising amount of pressure, shows shoulders and also unpacks structure in the form of fine-grained tannin, which the wine immediately envelops again with its insane extract. Its finish is long and incredibly precise. You don't find an entry-level wine like this every day, you can be sure of that. And our friend Werner Tobler would write here now, your palate will be amazed! With this in mind, go for the Jeninser!
