Initially, our focus was solely on the Clos de la Perrière, the Kuntzers' flagship wine. But then we realized how delicious - please excuse this unfiltered emotion - the Kuntzers' Réserve is and at an above-average price, in my opinion. So, here it is, Saint-Sébaste's Réserve, which, like this Burgundy, smells wonderfully transparent and light, sometimes even playful and so wonderfully cheerful of ripe strawberries and sometimes raspberries. Spicy or rather earthy notes are also present, providing the bass in this fabulous sound. The wine is not only impressive on the palate, it is also great fun without being tiring. By no means banal, but simply uncomplicated, cheerful, open and always ready to delight the connoisseur. Its structure is of the best quality and wonderfully integrated into the athletic body. It is wonderful how it resonates and brings a wonderful sweetness of extract - no, that's not residual sugar, it's the extract that gives the wine a sweet finish - that has put a smile on everyone's face. You too, if you give the wine a chance!
