The wine is deep dark in the glass and has a beguiling aroma of ripe, dark currants and blueberries, subtle hints of smoke and fine chocolate with a high cocoa content. On the palate, the aromas are released in small but persistent eruptions. Velvety yet full-bodied, it is able to fill the palate with pressure and lingers for a long, long time. A unique Swiss wine that we can be proud of.
