Saint-Joseph

Bonsoir sounds from the mouths of the chef and the head sommelier in Joël Robuchon's atelier in the Saint-Germain district of Paris. We are welcomed like old friends, what an honor! As we listen to the house recommendations, my eyes fall on a double magnum of 2014 Saint Joseph from Gripa, of which the sommelier serves me a generous sip minutes later and is happy to make us happy with this wine that he has opened especially for us! So you see, Gripa is at home at the best addresses in the world! The 2020 version is of divine quality, everything is in the right place and well proportioned so that we would like to lie down in it!
