Syrah

Ahhh, this is just the way we love it. Fleshy Syrah aroma rises from the glass, paired with a melange of ripe, dark berry flavors carried by sensational pepper notes reminiscent of that wonderful, long wild pepper from Bali that Schwarzenbach offers, which adds a mysterious touch to both my braised dishes and this wine. The attack on the palate is fabulously fruity, but the spice follows on its heels. Incredible, this interplay! Everything about this wine is impressive, its freshness, its precision, its structure and its balance. Chapeau!
