It's hard to believe that this wonderful wine is not a Premier Cru. The fruit for this great wine comes from five different vineyards and now, here it comes: there are actually two small 1er Cru plots, Les Lurets and En l'Ormeau, which Thierry vinifies separately not because their quality would not be sufficient, but simply because there would be very little wine. This fact significantly enhances the Villages Volnay, as these two sites undoubtedly have a decisive influence on the wine. The aroma of a wild berry mix dominates the nose and makes it impossible to resist, the glass simply has to be put to the mouth. Now you want to know whether the wine tastes good, whether it delivers what it promises. What do you think? Yes, of course, and how it does! At first it is quite powerful, nestles on the palate and shines with a fruity core, framed by a silky structure and a juicy finish. Chapeau, Thierry!
