Crémant d'Alsace Brut Nature La Petite Sauvage «2019 | 2020»

We had to wait a long time for this little savage. But I can assure you, it was worth the wait. We were lucky enough to taste this unique, great wine back in January 2020. It was fabulous how the wine presented itself back then. Exceptional because it is a pure Pinot Blanc along the lines of Roses de Jeannes La Boloree, which is also bottled without any dosage after a long ageing on its lees. And, of course, because this is truly a unique, great wine that you won't find better in Champagne. Its aroma of white berries, ripe quinces and guavas, fresh brioche, very fine. I could literally sit down in it, its fragrance is so attractive. The delicate mousse nestles on the palate, tickles more than it tingles, heavenly! The fruit, structure and mousse fill the palate to bursting, clear, focused and finely mineralized, the wine finishes and lets the saliva flow. Chapeau!
