Crémant d'Alsace Brut Nature Reflets

Frank poured us his Reflets, his warhorse! The three of us, Bü, Stefano and myself, looked for eye contact with our sniffs in the glasses. When the connection was made, we saw the enthusiasm on each other's faces. Wow, is that possible? That's a crémant? We've never had anything like it in a glass before. Something so cool! The aroma alone: amazing, so wonderfully fruity and mineral at the same time. A real pleasure! With a little more air, the citrus notes are joined by wonderful vineyard peach nuances, spicy components and, as mentioned, are held together by a fresh minerality. Powerful and with a delicate mousse, it flows onto the palate, where it heralds an elegant and juicy, intense and persistent mineral and finely structured finish. This wine is nothing less than fantastic!
