I immediately smell it again, I can hardly believe how outrageously beautiful this bouquet is. But don't worry, the wine also fires on all cylinders on the palate, showing a firm structure, a fine, light mousse and an unimaginably precise, fresh, mineral finish that almost never ends. Not an everyday wine!
