Huuuiii, now that's a sweet wine. I would never have expected something like this. It smells wonderful, a very fine and extremely noble botrytis note together with fine caramel and pear notes lead the nose. On the palate, the wine is just as impressive as it smelled just a moment ago. This decimated viscosity is wonderful, the wine almost feels like a ball that can be rolled on the tongue. The acidity is well integrated and gives the wine this fabulous freshness. The finish is incredibly long and juicy, and the wine is also very finely mineralized. What Pellegrin has brought to the bottle is simply magnificent. Chapeau!
