Bourgogne Blanc

As the saying goes: the quality of a winemaker's simplest wine is the best way to judge his skills. There is some truth in that! Don't you think so? Then just try this Bourgogne Blanc, Vincent's simplest white wine. I can promise you it's an excellent wine. I definitely love it. Firstly, because it simply smells heavenly, like buttery scotch or ripe apples. There is also something floral at the very back that opens up a new dimension. Sounds good, doesn't it? And secondly, because it is so incredibly harmonious on the palate, juicy, dead straight, crystal clear and incredibly mineral. Wow, this really is a great wine, and at a very fair price. I can't recommend this wine enough. BUT if you don't listen now, I look forward to enjoying this Bourgogne myself over the next ten years.
