Great, deep Chardonnays with varied textures and a lively acidity are the result of Mark Aubert's talented hands, the likes of which are very rare to find. They show precision and energy from a young age. And you can't go wrong if you enjoy them young or put them away for a few years. We are offering the Eastside for the first time this year, in small quantities. It smells wonderfully of ripe apples, or is it pears after all? In any case, it smells incredibly interesting, because spicy components are mixed in with the fruit and add depth to the bouquet, making it even more attractive. The round dance continues on the palate. Complex sensations build up, ranging from powerhouse to beautifully balanced to crisp, in that order. The ultra-long finish of this wine is harmonious and precise, finely salty!
