What a Chassels, wow!!! You must have tasted it to believe it. No really, I'm not joking! The way the wine smells is beguiling. Expressively fruity and wonderfully spicy. Everything comes together to create an incredibly attractive aroma with a hint of minerality, even if you supposedly can't smell it, I mean minerality. The mouthfeel is also fabulous! Everything is wonderfully harmonious, the freshness, i.e. the acidity, kicks in at exactly the right moment and gives the wine, which has quite a powerful start, this lightness, this light-heartedness at the end that only a perfect Chasselas can offer.
