Grand Cour Blanc

I really liked this Grand Cour blanc! It was a beautiful, warm day when I tasted the new vintages at Pellegrins with my friend Jacques Tatasciore. Outside, behind the house, we were served a tasty, light lunch. Of course, a glass of white wine with the aperitif and starter was a must. With a Jean-Pierre came out of the house with a bottle of Grand Cour Blanc that fogged up within seconds. A picture for the gods, this clear, fogged bottle on which ever larger drops of condensation formed, which initially moved very leisurely and the more distance they had covered on the bottle, the faster they moved towards the tablecloth. A visual revelation and a sensory one too! This aroma of flowers, white peaches and spices is a breathtakingly beautiful, fresh perfume. On the palate, the wine is creamy at first and then structured, fresh, juicy, precise and to the point. My cuddly toy!
