Grüner Veltliner Smaragd Ried Loibenberg

Exactly, for me this site, Knolls Loibenberg is a guarantee for a great Grüner Veltliner with a super neat exotic touch. Its aroma is multifaceted and ranges from wonderful almond notes to vineyard peach aromas, a hint of Jonathan apple to spicy cherry pepper notes and rose petal aromas. There is also something vital and green, but I can't make it out for the life of me. But it gives the bouquet a certain lightness and freshness, this green, vital, ghostly quality that I find indescribable. It goes without saying that the palate makes just as much of an impression as the aroma. The wine flows powerfully and caresses the receptors until the acidity kicks in and helps it to dance, so to speak. It is wonderful how expansive and yet precise, juicy and wonderfully mineral this wine ends. Connoisseurs know that this wine is best put aside for a while or, if you can't resist, decant it briefly.
