Anyone who knows Tatasciore knows that he is a reserved person who is always critical of his work. Initially, he did not like Ruedin's wines, not even those made under his direction. This may be partly due to his style and partly because the wine seems to develop a little more slowly. Not bad at all, I have to say. I am more than satisfied with the wines. This Chasselas in particular, some of whose fruit has not been removed, is a natural beauty. Wonderfully fruity, delicately aromatic, floral and a little spicy at the very bottom. On the palate, the wine is elegant, focused and sensationally juicy, crisp and mineral. A wonderful Chasselas for life's happy moments!
