Pinot Blanc

Irene's Pinot Blanc is a wonderful white that is somewhere between her Sauvignon and her Chardonnay in terms of its weight. Its aroma is exquisite and ranges from ripe apples and apricots to fresh grapefruit notes. Perhaps there is also a hint of cardamom which gives the bouquet a mysterious twist. Exciting, isn't it? The wine is well-proportioned, or athletic and lively on the palate. The muscles that are definitely present are shaded by a great freshness, i.e. acidity.
