Yes, we felt the same way! Where did this Pouilly-Fumé come from so suddenly? Jennifer, who grew up in the Pouilly-Fumé appellation, brought two hectares into the family a year ago. It goes without saying that Jennifer and Thibauld look after their vines in Pouilly themselves, because their quality standards are high and they don't want to be annoyed. A lot of work, undeniably, but their Pouilly-Fumé thanks them and ultimately us, because it is a breathtaking beauty! Its fragrance is so neat that it was difficult to keep my vocabulary in a decent range. Enchanting aromas of elderflower mingle with a hint of white flowers, which combine with wonderful mineral nuances to create a heavenly whole. Powerful at first, but fresh and incredibly precise the next moment, with a spicy and unimaginably juicy finish. This is how Pouilly-Fumé is fun, powerful!
