Riesling Kabinett (dry) Kallstadter

Some of you have already discovered it, the small estate Riesling from Koehler-Ruprecht. Well done! Because it deserves to serve as an aperitif, to accompany your food, to entertain you and your friends and guests! It's only a small one, but there's more fun in this bottle than you could ever dream of. Wow, what a wine! And at this price level?! This little one is hellishly good. The way it smells, wonderful pure Riesling fruit. But not this one-dimensional stuff, no, this thing is dynamic, it has depth and delivers on the palate what it promises on the nose. This interplay between fruit and freshness is wonderful, we admire this unique interplay over and over again, succumb to the tension and enjoy the spectacle on offer. And then, then the bottle is empty!
