Riesling Kabinett (dry) Kallstadter Saumagen

If you were to accuse me of raving about this wine for three vintages in a row and describing each vintage as even better than the last, then I would probably be guilty, guilty as charged. But I feel obliged to you, dear customers, to describe my feelings, my assessments, unfiltered. Even though this is a simple Kabinett, I can assure you that this wine is really, really good and plays in a league in which many winemakers will never play in their entire lives and only very few others are allowed to play with their very best wines.
