The Hirtzbergers' Singerriedel Riesling is a legend. Right? No, it's not a legend, because it's a reality, it's a piece of Wachau Riesling history! As complex as this Riesling is, it is very rare to find something this complex. Tangerines and stone fruit are combined with pineapple and peach...mmmh, now I would love to enjoy a sip of this wine. Because we tasted it a good ten days ago and now I'm sitting here in the office typing up my notes.... a dry affair, I can tell you. The freshness of this powerful wine surprises me again and again, which shows that this site is really something very special and that the Hirtzbergers are a very special family of winegrowers who know the site and know what to do when.
