Saint-Péray Fleur de Crussol

Marsanne from the Saint-Péray appellation has something. Various resourceful sommeliers, not just us, have already discovered this throughout Europe. They smell and taste different from everything else, so they are new and interesting, and what's more, these wines go incredibly well with a wide variety of dishes. They not only go well with fish and shellfish, but also with poultry. Especially the Fleur de Crussol. Because it is a magnificent example of a Saint-Péray! Its aroma is seductive, spicy and then delicately fruity. Peaches take the lead, but honeysuckle is also present, as you know from the lip balm. All extremely attractive. On the palate, the wine is dense and powerful at first, but the next moment it becomes elegant, juicy and fades out slowly and vibrantly. A great wine!
