Sauvignon Casa Rossa

Huiii, how the wine smells! Wonderful! This is exactly how I love Sauvignon Blanc! Ok, maybe it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I really like these super-expressive, fruity Sauvignon Blancs. A hedonistic wine, exactly. The bouquet is dewy and crystal-clear, and the energy that the wine already shows in the nose is enormous: the scent of lime blossom combines with exotic guava aromas and a touch of honeydew melon to create an irresistible perfume that you want to smell again and again because it is relaxing and yet so heavenly and complex. Powerful yet wonderfully nuanced, the wine moves through the palate and shows unimaginable body tension, an energy that only very few Sauvignon Blancs from this corner of Italy display. The wonderfully harmonious and wonderfully mineral finish is also unique and never-ending. A GREAT wine, one more in Miani's lineup!
