Ah, that's Sauvignon. Loud, but good, that's exactly how I like it! Ignaz is not afraid of an expressive wine and that's a good thing. His Sauvignon is certainly one of the very best that Italy has to offer from this variety, along with the wines of Enzo Pontonis Miani. Wonderful elderflowers on the nose and palate, but also a lot of pressure and freshness come together to create the perfect picture. The finish is delicately salty, mineral and simply spectacular. Wow, this is really great Sauvignon cinema!
