Don't get me wrong. La Rocca is a GREAT wine, without a doubt. Even if, for all those who have read my description of the Calvarino, I have not decided in favor of it. I can certainly find something good in the wine. La Rocca is a wonderful wine! The aroma is rich and varied, with fruit, especially intense elderflower aromas and graphite notes mingling to create a wonderful bouquet. It is full of energy on the palate and also packs a powerful punch. The interplay between freshness and body is fascinating and perfectly balanced. The countless facets that the wine offers are fantastic. An exciting white from Italy that not only goes well as an aperitif or with cured ham and melon. This is a veritable food companion, Mediterranean fish or shellfish dishes go just as well as rabbit. Give it a try!
