Temenos

This cuvée, which consists of half Sauvignon blanc and half Completer, gets off to a really crisp start. The fruit with which it delights from the very first moment slowly fades on the palate and is replaced by a wonderful mineral phase. The body is athletic, so there is something there, but everything is in good shape, as they say. By that I mean that the wine has body, but also structure and is therefore wonderfully balanced. The aromas of elderflower and flint candy are extremely attractive and the wine seems to flow without resistance. A compliment to Mr. Stucky!
