Côtes Catalanes Boréal

A few years ago, a good friend gave us a few bottles of wine from the south of France to taste. These included a Boreal from Troullier and, among others, a La Peira. We tasted both side by side and, yes, drank them too. The La Peira is a powerful wine with a beautiful structure and juicy, the Boreal just as much, ONLY the Boreal is also elegant, not as powerful as its counterpart. This prompted us to talk to Gilles and today we are delighted to have his wines in our range. Boreal is a great wine that is wonderfully fruity, but also spicy and a little floral. Beguilingly simple! On the palate, it is powerful but controlled, without losing even a second of its noble elegance. The structure is of the very best quality and perfectly integrated into the body. A great Syrah experience that should not be missed!
