Merlot del Malcantone Montagna Magica

Jonas is a maker, someone who spares no expense, no effort, who toils ruthlessly for the sake of quality, who disregards no detail just to raise the quality of his wines to a new level, to perfect them. As with his father Daniel, the Montagna Magica is the "Cavallo di battaglia" with which he draws attention to himself and his wonderful wines. This is exactly how I remember a great Ticino Merlot, this is exactly how it should smell, fruity but also earthy, or rather like a wonderfully crunchy porcini mushroom, fine green nuances brighten everything up and make the fragrance unique. Powerful, with a present but qualitatively great and incredibly well-integrated structure, the wine leaves no doubt on the palate. This is great cinema, ladies and gentlemen!
