Now that's a Syrah, I would say! Just like it's written in the book. It has an intensely spicy aroma of herbs and Far Eastern spices. But don't worry, there is also fruit, wonderful berry fruit, black berries, sometimes blackberries, sometimes cassis and sometimes something blue, such as blueberries, or is it mainly blueberries? In any case, there are lots of beguiling "high tones", as I call them, something floral that tickles the cilia in the nose. The wine flows powerfully onto the palate and intersects with silky, sweet tannins of the flattering kind. The finish is elegant and full of finesse, almost playful. A great wine!
