Rizzini's philosophy is based on the same convictions as that of our friend Cedric Bouchard from Champagne. One grape variety, one site, one vintage, fermented spontaneously, without wood and with just a hint of dosage. Pure terroir! If you want to press your wines in this way, you have opted for the top class, in which no mistakes are forgiven. The winemaker is in constant dialog with nature and his vines, nurturing and caring for them. If he does not think things through, the consequences can be disastrous. Guido Rizzini has opted for the more arduous path, for great quality. Thank you! The wine shows fine fruit alternating with delicate floral notes, lending depth to the bouquet. It fills the palate creamy and with a lot of pressure, ends juicy and plays the card finesse skillfully. A great wine that you should not miss if you like sparkling wines. And please, give the wine space in the glass, it will thank you for it!
