TERROIRS Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru

This is usually my favorite at Agrapart, most of the time. For me, the wine brings together everything I expect from a great vintner's champagne in biodynamic quality. It entertains me at the highest level, not only ennobles my aperitif, no, it also accompanies my starter, my fish or crustacean or perhaps shellfish dish in the best possible way and it ensures that my stomach doesn't fail at night and that getting up the next day is as easy for me as if I had only eaten manna for dinner. Right, now to the wine. Terroirs has a characteristic scent of citrus fruit, often of those thick-skinned Amalfi lemons - their peel, of course. But there is also always a hint of brioche in the aroma. Wonderful, I can only say. On the palate, the wine feels harmonious due to the good ripeness of the fruit from which it was made and almost creamy due to its mousse. Its finish is fresh and precise, even juicy. Great!
