Grain Noble "Cuvée" 2019 - 2020

Marie-Therese Grain Noble is rarely a cuveé like this one made from Arvine and Marsanne, or Ermitage and Pinot Gris, from the 2019 and 2020 vintages. Why, because the wines complement each other and the wine created by the mariage is simply far better than each one on its own. This wine has everything you would expect from a Chappaz sweet wine, a beguiling dried fruit note, for example, or a fantastic spicy aroma composed of cinnamon and cardamom, for example, and of course this indescribable feeling of the wine when it moves on the palate, as if it is about to gel and its movements seem to be slightly delayed. This wine is totally crazy! And last but not least, it is of course the freshness, or let's call it by its name the acidity, which breathes life into the wine, puts it on tiptoe, makes it dance as if it were a prima ballerina. If you like sweet wines, then you can't miss this one, because it really is a fabulous wine!
