Wonderful, this white Saint-Joseph of the Gonons! It immediately reminds me of quinces, of our kitchens when I make quince jelly. Simply wonderful. This quince scent is accompanied by beeswax aromas. On another level, honey and gingerbread aromas can be detected. Wow. The wine fills the palate creamily and flexes its muscles. Mineral veins run through it like fine fat veins marbling good meat, only the mineral veins do not make it softer, but crisper. The finish is full-bodied, juicy and incredibly long. A wine for connoisseurs and experts. Unfortunately only available in very small quantities.
